  • Welder Qualifications are an essential component of a complete welding QA package required on all projects.
  • Welder Qualification and Welding tickets available in a range of Australian, ISO & American Welding Standards.
  • Welder Qualifications can be conducted at our premises or yours. Multiple welders can be qualified simultaneously when supervised at your premises.
  • IANZ accredited testing, compliant with a range of international standards.
  • Qualified welding inspectors and welding supervisors
  • Certification available in standards such as:
    - AS/NZS 2980
    - ISO 9606 all parts
    - AS/NZS 1554 all parts
    - ASME IX
    - AS 1665
    - Other standards depending on individual requirements.
  • All processes available including but not limited to:
    - GMAW (MIG/MAG)
    - GTAW (TIG)
    - MMAW (Stick)
    - FCAW (Flux cored, gas shielded, self-shielded & metal-cored)
  • Welder qualifications prior to commencing production work are a mandatory requirement for welding standards such as AS/NZS 1554, ASME IX, ASME B31.3 & others.

At XRL: Welding certification sat at our workshop, pricing includes use of machines, equipment & supply of test plates/pipes. Does not include additional plates or use of welding electrodes for MMAW.
Additional time over allocated duration of test will be charged at $80 + GST per hour
