NON-DESTRUCTIVE RADIOGRAPHIC INSPECTION
- X-Ray inspection of welds and assemblies both ferrous and non-ferrous. We can conduct X-rays on-site or at our Laboratory.
- Gamma-ray inspection of ferrous and non-ferrous welds and assemblies using Iridium192 with a standard source size of 2x3mm or 2x2mm, smaller source sizes can be made available if required by special order.
- Most materials and composites from thick to thin can be viewed, anything from circuit boards and plastic cards to large shafts and castings, Radiographic inspection provides impressive results in most situations.
- ORS Licensed Technicians, ISO 9712 RT Level 2 certified.
- Approved procedures to ASME V, AS 2177, BS EN & ISO technique standards.
- Commonly used on: Pressure vessels, piping, tankers & storage tanks, forgings, castings, machined components & general welded structures.
